Aishwarya Rai Bachchan Says No To Shah Rukh Khan For ‘Kajra Re’

Bachchan ‘bahu’ Aishwarya Rai is getting popular these days for her starry tantrums and attitude. The actress has always been extra protective about her so called ‘family’ thing and this time she went one more step ahead by rejecting Bollywood ‘badshah’ Shah Rukh Khan.

Shah Rukh planned a gig on Bollywood heroines during a recent award function, so he approached Ash with the offer of dancing the popular number ‘Kajra Re’ with him. But the actress immediately turned down the offer saying that it is a family song and she can’t perform it with anyone else. The song from the film Bunty Aur Babli was picturised on her along with hubby Abhishek Bachchan and father-in-law Amitabh Bachchan.

The beauty queen turned actress has earlier worked with SRK in the films like Josh, Mohabbatein and Devdas. We can understand her stand with Salman Khan but what was the harm to perform with a gentle superstar like Shah Rukh?

It sounds very silly when she terms the song ‘Kajra Re’ as a family song because Bachchans never got the copyright of the song. After much persuasion, SRK had to finally scrap the plan.

It seems Ash is going to isolate herself from the industry people as she has problem with everyone around starting from Salman, Vivek Oberoi and now SRK. It may happen that one day she comes with the declaration that she won’t sign any film without her hubby and father-in-law!
