Cold war evident between Runway heroines

 At the music launch of action thriller Runway at
Geet Indo Afro pub on Monday June 8th evening, the cold war between its
two female leads Tulip Joshi and Deepal Shaw was more than evident. We
were witness to the two pretty ladies’ cold shoulder to each other.
A unit hand present at the music launch revealed to us the apparent
reason for this behaviour between the two. He said, “Both Deepal and
Tulip star opposite debutante Amarjeet in the film. When the film shoot
began, Deepal was the main female lead of the film with Tulip having
just an item song with a couple of scenes more. But then when the film
was nearing completion, the makers seemed to have changed their mind
and went on to add more songs and extra scenes of Tulip. If that wasn’t
enough, the promos of Runway too had Deepal in a blink and you miss
kind of appearance. This definitely seems to have infuriated Deepal who
has a super hit behind her like A Wednesday whereas Tulip is yet to
deliver a single hit despite having been in the industry for over seven
years.”
No wonder Deepal’s despise for Tulip was for there for all of us to
see. When the two were made to pose along with each other the two just
stood next to each other without exchanging a single smile or even
looking at each other.
