Signs co-production venture with Red Carpet Films - a Mukta Arts Company London Wednesday 21st November 2007: Eros International, the London AIM listed leading integrated company within the Indian media & entertainment sector, has entered into a joint venture with Manish Goswami's Red Carpet Films, a Mukta Arts company in to co-produce three to four films a year under this banner.
In a separate deal Eros has also acquired global distribution rights
of three forthcoming releases of Mukta Arts which include Bombay 2
Bangkok directed by Nagesh Kukunoor, Yuvraaj starring Salmaan Khan and
Katrina Kaif and Black & White both directed by veteran showman
Subhash Ghai.
Commenting on the development, Sunil Lulla, President India for Eros
said, "We are excited about tying up with one of the leading veterans
in the industry like Subhash Ghai. With this tie-up, we continue to
focus on our strategic priorities that include presenting quality film
content to discerning audiences. We are looking forward to leveraging
Eros' global distribution in releasing this bouquet of prestigious
releases by Mukta Arts".

Bombay 2 Bangkok, a breezy cross-cultural story directed by the
talented Nagesh Kukunoor stars Shreyas Talpade and Thai actress Lena
Christensen in lead roles along with a special appearance by
Naseeruddin Shah. With Yuvraaj and Black & White, showman Subhash
Ghai dons the director's hat again. While Yuvraaj, a musical
extravaganza has Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif in lead roles, Black
& White; a social thriller will showcase two new comers Anurag
Sinha and Aditi Sharma along with Anil Kapoor as the protagonist.
