Priyadarshan denies remaking 'Chandramukhi'

Priyadarshan, a director active in Bollywood as well as South Indian cinema, has denied that he is remaking Tamil blockbuster "Chandramukhi" in Hindi.
Priyadarshan said the Hindi film he is currently directing is "Bhool Bhulaiya" starring Akshay Kumar and Vidya Balan and it is not a remake of the Rajnikant starrer.

He said that "Bhool Bhulaiya", is in fact, a remake of Malayalam film "Manichitrathazhu" and the remake rights had been bought for Rs.10.5 million.
