Ranbir Kapoor and Imran Khan to host Filmfare Awards 2009

 Today evening the 54th Filmfare Awards shall be taking place at the
Yash Raj Studios complex in Andheri, Mumbai. We have managed to get
exclusive information about who is performing and hosting the annual
mega event.
Sources reveal, “It’s the jodi of Ranbir Kapoor and Imran Khan that
will be replacing last year’s notorious show hosts Shah Rukh Khan and
Saif Ali Khan. Also hosting the show will be Farhan Akhtar and Karan
Johar. Amongst the performers it will be Bipasha Basu, Neil Nitin
Mukesh, Shahid Kapoor, Abhishek Bachchan and Katrina Kaif. Bipasha will
be dancing to a medley of her super hit numbers right from Race to Aa
Dekhe Zara. Joining her for ADZ songs will be Neil. Shahid will dance
to Jab We Met to Kismet Konnection. Farhan Akhtar is also slated to
sing out his Rock On numbers with Shankar Ehsaan and Loy.”
“SRK won’t be attending the function due to his shoulder injury.
Kareena Kapoor, Anushka Sharma and Deepika Padukone who have danced at
other recent award functions will not be performing.” sources further
