Sanjay Dutt - Manyata marriage reaches court

now in turmoil.  Manyata's former husband challenged their marriage and claiming she is still his legal wife because he still not yet divorced her. On 15th April, Sanjay and Manyata will appear in the court with all important documents in order to prove the legality of their marriage.

Sanjay and manyata tied the knot in a registered marriage in Goa after which they got married as per Hindu rituals. The first wedding ceremony under the scenes as the Goa marriage register's office sent a show cause notice to Manyata because she submitted a fake residential certificate at the time of marriage.

Replying to the show cause Dutt and Manyata filed an application to the Goa marriage registrar seeking to cancel their marriage which was accepted by the registrar.
