Vidya offers prayers at Rajasthan dargah, temple

Talented actress Vidya Balan recently undertook a pilgrimage and visited a famed dargah and temple in Rajasthan. Covered under a veil, the "Parineeta" girl visited Khwaja Moinuddin Chisti's dargah in Ajmer.

Balan reached the shrine by a BMW car in the afternoon and spent over
an hour in the shrine. She offered flowers and tied "wish threads",
said a dargah committee member. But no one could recognise her due to
the veil over her face.
Vidya then drove straight to the Brahma temple in Pushkar.
"Dressed in an orange suit, she came here in the evening and spent about 20 minutes in the temple", a priest said.
She also had a scuffle with photographers when she requested them not to click her pictures.
Vidya
has been camping in Jaipur for the last few days to shoot for
Priyadarshan's comedy thriller "Bhool Bhulaiya". She plays a Kathak
dancer who suffers from a split personality. The movie is a remake of
Malayalam blockbuster "Manichitrathazhu".
