 Shweta Bharadwaj, the Mission Istanbul fame actress enthralled the
audiences at the Lakme Fashion Week, Mumbai o the 27th of March,2009 by
walking the ramp in a beautiful ethnic wear designed by Abdul Halder.
At the show Tabu and Nagarjuna were also present as guest of honor and
Shweta got huge applauds and accolades for carrying of the look very
gracefully.
Actor Sonu Sood also shared the ramp with Shweta and both were donning the ethnic look.
Shweta has always been the show stopper for Abdul Halder shows.Shweta
who has the ability to look different in every frame, beautifully
carried the ethnic look for the fashion week. Says Shweta “Abdul is not
only my personal designer but also my good friend. He knows exactly
which look suits me well, so I just let him decide my wardrobe”.
Abdul Halder started his carrier designing for the king of pop 'Michael
Jackson' in 2002. Soon he moved to work with an Italian fashion house
SB Italia, experiencing shows across Europe and Middle East. Since 2006
he has been showcasing his collections at various fashion weeks in
India and Internationally. He is the only designer to showcase his
collection at the United Nations head quarter General Assembly, New
York earlier this year
Shweta debuted with the Lara Croft look in Mission Istanbul and has a
couple of movies in the pipeline as well.Shweta is donning a completely
glamorous look in Loot her upcoming movie She has also bagged a French
film because of her ability to look different in every picture.So
Shweta Bharadwaj is surely the choice for all designers and bollywood
directors.
