Big dreams of ‘Josh’ Karthika

Remember actress Karthika… she’s none other than the daughter of yesteryear ace actress Radha. Karthika made her debut with Telugu movie ‘Josh’. Though, the film wasn’t a great hit at the box office, but still the young actress has been receiving some good offers from Tollywood.

But now, closer sources reveal that Karthika is keen about making her debut in Tamil film industry. We hear, the belle is disappointed that she hasn’t been approached with better films. Also, the buzz is that Karthika is not looking to be a part of scripts presented by newcomers. But, she’s specific about working on big tickets that are churned out by ace filmmakers like Mani Ratnam and Shankar.

Telugu film ‘Josh’ featured Nagarjuna’s son Naga Chaitanya in lead role and it’s worth mentioning that he made his debut as well with this film. It seems that he preferred working with Karthika again in Telugu remake of ‘Vinnaithandi Varuvaaya’, but Gowtham Menon had already signed newcomer Samantha for this project.
