Jeeva wants to be the third idiot

 If there could be an actor, who curiously looks out for varieties of
roles to perform in every film. Having crowned with laurel wreaths for
his extraordinary performances in his yesteryear films like ‘Ee’,
‘Raam’ and ‘Katradhu Tamizh’, the actor shifted his focus towards
commercial arenas and indeed gained appreciations.
With his recent release ‘Kacheri Arambam’ making it big at box
office, the actor is now simultaneously acting in ‘Singam Puli’ and
‘Roudram’. Sooner, he’ll start working on couple of films ‘Ko’ and
‘Vandhan Vendran’, based on serious themes. The film ‘Ko’ features him
as a photo journalist and it’s an edge-seated thriller directed by
cinematographer-turned-filmmaker K.V. Anand. The other film ‘Vandhan
Vendran’ is a crime thriller directed by Kannan, an associate of
Manirathnam.
Away from these happening projects, the latest buzz is about Gemini
Film Circuit approaching Jeeva to enact the role of Sharman Joshi in the
Tamil remake of ‘3 Idiots’. But it seems that, he first wants the
producers to finalize the two other actors and later would sign the
project wholeheartedly.
