 Bollywood star Anil Kapoor is making his presence felt in Hollywood
these days and the latest achievement in this line is his inclusion in
the Hollywood flick, Mission Impossible IV. There is no doubt that it is
a big achievement for the actor as he will now act in this Tom Cruise
starrer espionage series.
Now, other Bollywood actors, who turned
down the offer to play the quiz master in Danny Boyle's Slumdog
Millionaire will be lamenting on their decision. This film had opened
the doors to Hollywood for the 50- year-old Bollywood star. He got the
honor of being part of this Oscar winning film and also bagged a role in
the US television show '24'.
It is a great honor for a Bollywood
actor to be a part of a film like Mission Impossible IV, which stars
Renner, Paula Patton, Simon Pegg, Vladimir Mashkov and Ving Rhames,
apart from Tom Cruise.
There will be another new addition in the form of Lea Sedoux in this movie to be helmed by Brad Bird.
However,
the Bollywood actor preferred to maintain silence on his role in the
film. Kapoor was quoted saying that as of now, he can only say that he
has been contacted for the film and he has given a positive nod for it.
A
friend of Anil was quoted saying that he will play an integral part in
the Agent Hunt of Cruise. The addition of his character will add to the
suspense of the story and it will be a major turning point.
Anil
got this role for his wonderful performance in the television series
'24'. There is a report that the first schedule of the shooting has
already been done with Cruise in Prague last month. Later this month,
the movie is likely to shoot in Dubai. Kapoor will be joining the cast
in this December when the unit will move to Vancouver.
Mission Impossible IV is scheduled to hits the big screen on December 16, 2011.
