 The latest is that our favorite megastar Amitabh Bachchan is sporting a
‘phenomenal’ new look in his upcoming home production ‘Paa’ which is
meant to make heads turn, the make-up for which takes four hours.
He writes in his blog: "My rituals today were guided by the extensive
hours at the studio, a major portion of which were in front of the make
up mirror, getting the face plastered with silicon. It took 4 hours for
it all to come on and another hour to take it off. But may I say the
results were simply phenomenal.”
He has informed that the production is relying on a team of make-up
artistes from abroad for his look in the film which went on floors on
March 2. It also stars Abhishek Bachchan, Vidya Balan and Hurman Baweja
in important roles.
The film is being directed by R Balki who made the endearing and funny ‘Cheeni Kum’ with Big B.
Big B has added, "The team of make up artists flown in from Los Angeles
and carrying huge and important credentials were exemplary in their
job. Professional to the core and committed to the last brush of paint
on the face.”
Interestingly the movie has an interesting touch.
Bachchan terms it as an endearing address by Abhishek (Bachchan) to his
father. Yes, it’s well known that Abhishek and now Ash called Bachchan
Pa.
Looks like there’ll be a whole lot of personal touch in the movie as well.
