Priyanka Chopra Will Not Dance For Rs. 3 Crore!

Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra has taken a leaf out of once friend Kareena Kapoor’s pages. Like Bebo, she too, will not shake a leg at a private function. It will be recalled that Kareena Kapoor and beau Saif Ali Khan had refused to dance at a wedding, similarly Priyanka Chopra will not dance for a five star hotel’s New Year celebrations. What is surprising is the fact that the actress had been offered a whopping amount of Rs.3 crore to be part of the celebrations on New Year’s Eve. So is 3 crore too less an amount to see Priyanka Chopra match steps to a song?

According to reports circulating in the media, Priyanka Chopra has reservations about dancing in front of a live audience especially at private parties. Therefore, the actress graciously turned down the offer made to her, though she knew that the money at stake was more than she would ever get for a film performance. Priyanka Chopra at present rakes in a sum of 1.5 crore per film, which comes armed with months long work schedule. The New Year performance, on the other hand, would have given her a sum of 3 crore for only three hours of work apart from rehearsals!

Looks like our Piggy Chops is taking a little extra care about her public image nowadays! However, New Year Eve parties with actresses as the star attraction is not a rare sight. This year too various five star hotels will get to see the likes of Bipasha Basu and Mallika Sherawat gyrate to the music.
