 Sajid Nadiadwala’s forthcoming movie Anjaana Anjaani is seemingly
scheduled to release this year on September 24. The movie starring
Ranbir Kapoor and Priyanka Chopra is directed by Siddharth Anand.
According to sources, Sajid believes that the music of this film is
the best one ever made for any of the movies under his banner.
Anjaani Anjaani, which is also the first romantic flick produced by
the banner boasts of music given by the hit duo Vishal – Shekhar.
There are seven songs in the movie which, composed by the music
whizzes, are expected to create a same kind of trend for movies to come,
the way Aashiqui had done in the 90’s.
Even though the movie has Bollywood heartthrobs like Ranbir Kapoor
and Priyanka Chopra to attract the audiences; Sajid feels that even the
music would play a very important role in the movie.
The movie, being a romantic musical, features music as its main
highlight.
As per Sajid Nadiadwala, the music of the movie is not just the best
produced under his banner till date, but also the best work of Vishal –
Shekhar so far.
This is a mighty high claim considering that Vishal and Shekhar are
prominent names in the music industry, having given fantastic scores to
numerous movies like Dostana, Bachna Ae Haseeno, Salaam Namaste, Jhankar
Beats, and many more.
Besides, scores under the Nadiadwala banner have given at least one
chartbuster in every movie. Be it Judwaa, Mujhse Shaadi Karogi, Heyy
Babyy or Housefull.
With such high claims, we’re definitely waiting for the music this
latest flick to get launched in the market.
