Renowned Bengali movie director Prabhat Roy has signed two leading ladies Rituparna Sengupta and Raima Sen for his next venture titled Bhorer Alo. Interestingly, these two actresses play sisters again in this movie after Nishijapon by Sandip Ray.

Ronit Sarkar has made his debut as a playback singer in the upcoming movie Lafangey Parindey, directed by Pradeep Sarkar, who came into prominence with Parineeta. Ronit has given his voice to the title track of this movie, starring Deepika Padukone and Neil Nitin Mukesh.
