Dentist's dilemma in 'Sathyavan Savithri'

Multilingual actor Ramesh Arvind's second directorial venture "Sathyavan Savithri" will be released in June. Ramesh made his directorial debut with the huge hit "Rama Shama Bhama", which enabled him to join the select band of successful actors-turned-directors like 'Crazy Star' Ravichandran and Sudeep.

Ramesh has two heroines - Jennifer and Daisy Bopanna - in "Sathyavan Savithri". Anirudhdh and Mohan also play important roles in the film.

Ramesh plays a dentist, who cherishes his bachelorhood. But his grandfather Daththanna insists that he will transfer the property to his grandson only if Ramesh gets married. The dentist seeks the help of his friend Mohan, who only creates a host of problems. How Ramesh comes out of all his problems forms the rest of the story.

Ramesh has taken the services of music director Guru Kiran and cameraman P. K. H. Doss who were part of his first venture as well.

Ramesh describes the film as "200 percent fun", and one that will make audiences "laugh and even dance in theatres". The glamour quotient should be high as well - to go by Jennifer's testimony that Ramesh has shot her "beautifully".

According to Kamal Haasan, who acted in "Rama Shama Bhama", Ramesh should have become a film director long ago. "Sathyavan Savithri" will tell the viewers how much Ramesh deserves the tribute.
