 ‘Josh’ directed by Vasu Varma and produced by Dil Raju under the banner
of Sri Venkateswara Creations is proud to introduce Naga Chaitanya, son
of Nagarjuna and grandson of Akkineni Nageswara Rao.
Naga Chaitanya is making his debut as a protagonist for Josh, the
shooting for which is almost complete, but for the canning of two songs.
The audio of the film is most likely to hit the market on July 18 and
the producer is making efforts to release the film by August.
Producer Raju says, ‘The audio scored by Sandeep Chowtha came out
exceedingly well. This is the ninth film on our banner and we are proud
to introduce Naga Chaitanya as hero. We are confident that we
successfully completed the responsibility given to us by Nagarjuna. The
film would be a very good commercial movie. I am very much sure that
the film would give the third hat trick to our banner. Keeping an adept
tagline for this youthful movie as ‘Youth Rocks’ we feel that both the
title and the tagline would suit its subject.”
“One of the remaining two songs would be shot in Switzerland from July
25, and the other one would be choreographed on sets. We are sure that
the film would give a huge success to hero Naga Chaitanya, heroine
Karthika, daughter of yesteryears heroine Radha, director Vasu Varma,
who are all making their debut with this movie,” adds Raju.
Prakashraj, JD Chakravarthy, Brahmanandam, Sunil, Sitara, Anand, Hema,
and 30 youths are in the cast. Camera is by Sameer Reddy, editing is by
Marthand K Venkatesh, lyrics are by Sirivennela Sitarama Sastry and
Chandrabose, while story, screenplay, dialogues and direction are by
Vasu Varma.
