Popular film and television personality Khushboo has joined the
campaign for the Taj Mahal, which is facing tough competition to
find a place in the new list of Seven Wonders of the World.
Khushboo was the star attraction in a programme to mobilise online
votes for the Taj, conducted at a fashionable outlet for men's
wear in Chennai recently.
She said: "The Taj is a symbol of our culture. If it is not
included among the Seven Wonders, it is an affront to every Indian
citizen."
